From the gate to the sticker
The order is always the same, so you know in advance how much time you need.
Reception and document check
We take the vehicle registration certificate and ID card, check the vehicle data and open the work order. If something is missing, we tell you straight away — not an hour later.

The vehicle goes through the prescribed checks: braking force per axle, steering play, shock absorbers, lights, tyres, exhaust emissions and body condition.
≈ 20 – 30 minutesFindings and explanation
You get the findings item by item. If there is a defect, we show you what it is and why — and you repair the vehicle wherever you like. The re-inspection covers only that item.
≈ 5 minutesInsurance and calculation
We issue the insurance policy, calculate the fees and tax and agree on payment — cash, card or cheques in installments.
≈ 10 minutesSticker and validation
We issue the registration sticker and validate the vehicle registration certificate. You drive away legal on the road — without visiting the MUP and without queuing.

Questions before you come
The vehicle registration certificate and the owner's ID card (a printout of the chip-read ID is also fine). If you have the old insurance policy, bring it too. Companies bring an extract from the APR (Serbian Business Registers Agency) and the company stamp.
If the owner is changing, you also need a sales contract — we can draw it up here.
The inspection itself takes 20 to 30 minutes. Full registration with paperwork, insurance and sticker is usually done in 40 to 60 minutes.
You get a list of the items to fix. Once the vehicle is repaired, the re-inspection covers only those items — the whole procedure is not repeated and you don't pay the full price again.
Yes. With Banca Intesa cards in up to 6 interest-free installments, with personal cheques in up to 6 interest-free monthly installments, and we also accept payment cards from other banks.
